Who made call on road?
CAN I please ask what person decided to start the roadworks on the Christchurch bypass on a Monday, when the road through the town is shut for the Monday market?
It took me 55 minutes to get from Highcliffe on Monday to the Stony Lane roundabout, at which point I was forced to abandon my lunch appointment.
Surely things could be better organised.
