Tree planting is marvellous
THROUGH your good offices, on behalf of Upton in Bloom I would like to say a large thank you to local benefactors and Upton residents who have made possible a tree planting programme along two of Upton’s main thoroughfares which will benefit wildlife and enhance the town’s landscape.
In addition I would draw your readers’ attention to a local charity which we have only just stumbled across, Trees For Dorset.
Its generous grant to Upton in Bloom has enabled us to extend the programme.
