Dismayed by the lateness
ON Wednesday October 16 I travelled to Cardiff for a two-day break, returning on Friday October 18.
The journey was as follows: Yellow Bus No21 Burton to Christchurch, train Christchurch to Southampton, train Southampton to Cardiff and return. All four train journeys departed and arrived exactly on time with no delays, however the Yellow Bus was a different story.
The 09.40 bus to Christchurch was 15 minutes late and for the return journey the 14.23 Christchurch to Burton was 25 minutes late. Not what you need after a long journey home. Can someone at Yellow Buses please explain?
