Ruining our lovely views
IN answer to Tony Yates’s letter (September 16), we are strongly against the proposed wind farm, having been to Lincolnshire this year and seen for ourselves how ugly they are. We cannot believe they are suggesting ruining our own lovely views. We also could not believe how large these things are and couldn’t wait to get back to Dorset.
Anyone who has been to Skegness or Mabelthorpe will understand. We stayed in a lovely village with many turbines in the local fields. Is this the next step for this area?
