I want to applaud Mike Francis president of the Bournemouth Tourism Management Board and Cllr. Lawrence Williams, cabinet member for tourism, leisure and culture for encouraging the well-worth investment of the Welcome To Bournemouth signage on the Spur Road.
It is not only a good financial investment but hopefully the expression of a heartfelt welcome for visitors from all the people of our town.
What a warm feeling it will be for everyone who reads it and passes under that renewed footbridge!
