INEFFICIENT, insensitive and not caring are a few of the more polite terms I have read to describe Bournemouth Council Services recently. I mean, what about this?

I emailed them on Wednesday late afternoon about a non-urgent but important issue to me.

I received an out of office reply.

Early on Thursday, an email was received explaining that it would be looked into by the relevant department.

Two hours later, a knock on the door to view the issue.

Thursday afternoon, job done – completed within 24 hours.

Mr Beesley and co, how dare you treat us like that!
