CHERRIES have handed a contract extension to first-choice goalkeeper Darryl Flahavan.
An ever-present in League One this season, Flahavan put pen to paper on a deal that ties him to the Seward Stadium outfit until June 2013.
The 33-year-old former Southend stopper had initially signed a one-year contract – with the club holding an option to prolong his stay – when he joined on a free transfer in the summer.
