WALLISDOWN Liberal stayed within touching distance of the Sunday Premier Division leaders with an easy 4-1 win over basement boys Foresters Arms.

Luke McArdle, John Bastable and Terry Foote (2) scored for the visitors, who only had Alex Davies’s strike to show for their efforts.

DIVISION TWO

Shaun Brazier notched a hat-trick in Bournemouth Athletic’s 6-2 thumping of AFC Burton, with Andy Wright, Jamie Green and Jamie Frier also on target. Mark Sallis and Marcus Wincott gave AFC Burton a little something to shout about.

Littledown continue to struggle, meanwhile, following a 3-0 reverse against Tiegla Tiles. Sam Cole laid the foundations for Tiegla’s victory, with John Lay and James Mellish making the points safe.

Magdon Scaffolding collapsed to a 4-0 defeat against New Star, with Lee Pearson, Mark Walker and Mark Dykes (2) on target.

DIVISION THREE

Mark Rourke and Dan Gifford were the hat-trick heroes in Joscelyne Builders’ 9-0 romp over Ferndown Locomotive. Simon Keats helped himself to a brace, with Dan Thomas completing the rout.

Mark Saunders claimed two goals of his own, meanwhile, when Eurasat Lions eased past Fernside Sports 4-1. Wayne Nash and Ryan Speller were the other Lions marksmen.

In the only other Division Three game to survive the wind and rain, Queens Park’s Jamie Saunders, Shahar Sam-Daliri and Andy Green helped their side to a 3-1 win over JS Bournemouth Sports.

DIVISION FOUR

AFC Burns Lettings Reserves notched seven in their convincing win over Aspect. Rob Scadding (3), Dom Lowe, Jason Ellis and Gary Bennett were all on target, with Dave Smart and James Mankee replying for Aspect.

Jamie Moores, meanwhile, bagged all four in Shoulder of Mutton United’s 4-0 thumping of AC FC.

DIVISION FIVE

Strugglers Boscombe Albion gave themselves a much-needed boost by downing Vienna Windows Reserves 2-1. Nigel Wood and Rob Atherton were Albion’s heroes, while |James Carter was on target for Vienna.

Clayton Randell, Mark Izard, Darren Berry, Simon Bower and Dave Kavell (2) helped Bournemouth Sports Reserves to a 6-1 win over AFC Face, whose lone goalscorer was Jonathon Whitehead.

In the division’s only other surviving game, leaders Lovett edged out lowly Oakdale Conservative 3-2, thanks to Adam Layton, Steve Woodward and Simon Wong. Clay Pawlowski and Dave Mitchener were Oakdale’s scorers.

DIVISION SIX

Harbourside Reserves remain second from bottom after a 3-2 defeat to Canford Rangers, whose marksmen were Joe Lawford (2) and Billy Walker. Matt Townsend and Jamie Webb got Harbourside within touching distance.

JS Bournemouth Sports and Greenfields WMF fought out a 2-2 draw, with Steve Price and Carl Russell on target for Sports and Ben Platt and Luke Miles for Greenfields, while Wessex Wanderers and Verwood SSC also shared the spoils. Tom Simmonds’s brace was cancelled out by Shaun Steer and Tristan Dorey for Verwood.

DIVISION SEVEN

Steve Crozier and Matt Hicks were on target for Chaseside Wanderers, but they were held to a 2-2 draw by Shamrock, whose scorers were Adam Bartlett and Mario Garcia-Pla.

Pete Valinski (2), Simon Bough and Steve O’Connell kept Pines TRC on top, helping their side to a 4-3 win over Townsend Spartans. Alex Mansbridge (2) and Paul McKernan hit the net for Townsend.

Elsewhere, DH Brittania scor-ed through Simon Jones, but goals from Sam Pudey (2), Sam Doe and Luke Dart saw AKD Allstars take the honours 4-1.

DIVISION EIGHT

Big-guns James and James were given a right scare by Fiveways United, but emerged 4-3 winners through Jamie Smith (3) and Andy Heustice, while Talbot United and Newtown Rovers fought out a 2-2 draw with Ricky Powell (2) on target for Newtown.

DIVISION NINE

Wessex Saints were given a lesson by high-flying AFC Leigham Vale Reserves. John Jones bagged Saints’ only strike as they were undone by goals from Will Shaylor (3) and Mark McAdam.

Chaseside Wanderers, meanwhile, were on the wrong end of a 3-0 scoreline against LV FC Reserves, while goals from Matt Coles (2) and Jack Coughlan were enough to see Rockbourne Reserves to a 3-1 win over JP Morgan.
