CHERRIES have confirmed details of two pre-season fixtures for their development squad.

Alan Connell’s side will make two short trips across Dorset ahead of the 2024-25 campaign.

Cherries will visit National League South Weymouth on Saturday, July 27, for a 2pm kick-off.

Terras finished 15th in the sixth tier last season.

They have recently had a change of manager, with former Cherries midfielder Mark Molesley back for a second spell in charge, following the departure of Bobby Wilkinson.

Molesley was a teammate of Connell during the ‘Greatest Escape’ season at Cherries of 2008-09 in League Two.

A week after competing at Bob Lucas Stadium, Cherries will take on Wimborne Town at New Cuthbury, on August 3.

Magpies, managed by Tim Sills, clinched promotion to the Southern League Premier this season.

Tim’s son, Ethan, plays in Cherries’ academy.
