TOTTENHAM Hotspur are the latest club to be linked with Cherries star Dominic Solanke.

After a goal-laden season at Vitality Stadium, Solanke scoring 19 times in 38 Premier League appearances, Cherries are set to endure a summer of speculation surrounding their talismanic striker.

TalkSPORT report that Tottenham are weighing up a move for the one-time England international, stating that the London club could sell current striker Richarlison in order to raise enough capital to lure Solanke away from Cherries.

However, the Daily Echo understands that Solanke is currently happy on the south coast and that Cherries would only entertain excessive offers from other clubs.

Premier League runners-up Arsenal and Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United have also been linked with the attacker as they look to strengthen their attacking options.

Howe was the manager when Solanke first arrived on the south coast from Liverpool in January 2019, costing a reported £19million.

Solanke signed a new contract at the start of the 2023/24 season, tying the former Chelsea and Liverpool man down to Cherries until the summer of 2027.

In total, Solanke scored 21 goals in 42 appearances last season, his goalscoring form ignored by England manager Gareth Southgate as the striker was left out of the preliminary squad for the Three Lions’ squad for the Euros.
