CHERRIES have confirmed there will again be price rises for fans looking to renew their season tickets.

After seven consecutive years of price freezes, Cherries raised season ticket prices ahead of the 2023-24 campaign.

And they have done so again for 2024-25, with the club still in the Premier League.

The club say 85 per cent of season ticket holders will see an increase of 6.5 per cent for the 2024-25 season.

They have also outlined plans to try and make discounts consistent for concession groups, which will take a few years to fully iron out, but it does mean some fans will see a 19 per cent increase this year.

For a full-paying adult, a cheapest season ticket comes in the North Stand will cost £633, up from £594.

To sit in the centre of the Main Stand will now cost £875, up from £821.

Bournemouth Echo:

The club say over the next two seasons they are working towards establishing a “consistent discount” for all concession ticket holders of 20 per cent off adult pricing.

Currently, four of the six price zones have that in place, but the East Outer and North/South blocks still receive a larger discount.

As such, fans in those areas will see an increase of 19 per cent on their 2023-24 price “to address this inconsistency”. The consistent discount across all price zones is set to be achieved by the start of the 2025-26 campaign.

The club also say they are beginning a “five-year plan” regarding consistent disabled ticket pricing.

Currently, the club’s wheelchair price is a discount of 88 per cent off a full adult price, with ambulant disabled discounted at 40 per cent.

After discussions with the Disabled Supporters’ Association, the club will apply pricing changes over the next five years, instead of a large increase straightaway.

As such, wheelchair users will see their season ticket package increase to £111, up from £76.

The additional revenue generated from that rise, which could be £2,415, will be donated to charity next season.

All supporters will continue to have access to an interest-free payment plan, to cover the cost over instalments, unless they failed to meet payments in 2023-24.

One change regards teenagers, with any supporter under the age of 16 now having to be accompanied to a match by a responsible adult, over the age of 18.

Season ticket holders will have the option to add-on two Cherries women matches to their package, to be hosted at Vitality Stadium. They will be priced at £7 for adults and £5 concessions.

The season ticket renewal window is now open and closes at 5pm on Tuesday, June 18.
