INJURY-HIT Luton Town are set to be without at least 10 first-team players when Cherries head to Kenilworth Road tomorrow (3pm).

The Hatters, winless in 11 games, are down to the bare bones as they look to haul themselves out of the relegation zone.

For Wednesday’s 2-0 loss at Arsenal, Luton named two goalkeepers and four inexperienced teenagers among their substitutes.

Defender Reece Burke could return to bolster the squad, but there are still a raft of absentees.

Tom Lockyer, Marvelous Nakamba, Jacob Brown, Dan Potts and Amari’i Bell are all out long-term, while Elijah Adebayo, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Mads Andersen, Chiedozie Ogbene and Gabriel Osho are also unavailable.

Hatters boss Rob Edwards said: “All the lads are keen to get back as soon as possible.

“Nobody is using it as an excuse. The players have shown in the past two tough away games – against two big clubs going for big prizes – a lot about their mentality and confidence.”

Cherries themselves are without Ryan Fredericks (calf) and Luis Sinisterra (hamstring), but Marcos Senesi could recover from a hamstring problem in time to feature.

There has also been cases of some unnamed players feeling unwell this week, with Chris Mepham missing Tuesday night’s win over Crystal Palace.
