CHERRIES striker Kieffer Moore is reportedly the subject of three different bids from Championship clubs for his services on loan.

The Athletic report that the Welsh international has interest from Cardiff City, Sunderland, and Ipswich Town in England’s second tier.

Moore almost left Vitality Stadium at the end of the previous transfer window, when a move to Millwall collapsed on deadline day in August.

A deadline day signing in January 2022 from Cardiff City, a broken foot kept Moore out for most of the second half of the 2021/22 season.

However, the former Yeovil man returned in time for the run in, his goal against Nottingham Forest in May 2021 confirming Cherries’ return to the Premier League.

With Dominic Solanke operating as Cherries’ talisman, Moore has found it difficult to earn regular gametime on the south coast.

In total, Moore has scored 10 times in 46 appearances for Cherries, 31 of which have come off the bench.

His last start produced a goal, his header serving as an equaliser as Cherries defeated Queens Park Rangers 3-2 in the third round of the FA Cup.

Aside from his time at Cardiff, where he scored 25 goals in 66 games, the 31-year-old also spent time at Ipswich previously.

With crucial play-offs for the Euros with Wales upcoming in March, Moore will be keen for regular playtime to secure both a starting berth and boost Cymru’s chances of qualifying for this summer’s tournament in Germany.

Moore has been capped 40 times by his country, scoring 12 international goals.

So far this month Cherries have allowed temporary moves for fringe players Joe Rothwell and Emiliano Marcondes, who have joined Southampton and Hibernian respectively.

Youngster Nathan Moriah-Welsh has also departed Vitality Stadium, joining Marcondes at Hibernian on a permanent basis.

The transfer deadline for English clubs closes at 11pm on Thursday, February 1. Cherries are playing on deadline day this year, with a trip to West Ham in the Premier League (7.30pm).
