CHERRIES’ Premier League clash with Burnley has been selected for live broadcast, necessitating its rearrangement.

The clash at Turf Moor will now be staged on Sunday, March 3, with kick-off at 1pm.

Sky Sports will broadcast the encounter in the UK.

Andoni Iraola claimed his first league victory as Cherries boss in the return fixture back in October, Burnley losing 2-1 at Vitality Stadium.

Cherries’ preceding league fixture, a home meeting against reigning Champions Manchester City on Saturday, February 24, had previously been selected for live broadcast.

Thanks to progression in the FA Cup, Cherries will also play a fifth-round tie in between the Manchester City and Burnley fixtures.

Vincent Kompany’s Clarets are 19th in the Premier League table at the time of writing, with 12 points from 21 games.

In contrast, Cherries sit 12th with 25 points from 20 fixtures.
