ANDONI Iraola revealed Dominic Solanke did not feature against Queens Park Rangers in the FA Cup due to a “knock”.
The striker picked up an issue during the 3-1 defeat at Tottenham Hotspur on New Year’s Eve, but played the full 90 minutes.
However, he was among a handful of first-team players who did not make the trip to west London on Saturday, as Cherries came from 2-0 down to win 3-2.

Asked about Solanke’s absence, head coach Iraola said: “You could see he finished against Spurs with some issues.
“Small issues I think, just a knock.
“But him and Adam Smith were not 100 per cent for the game, so we just decided not to risk them and not to call them (for Saturday).”
