He will be joined in the dugout by former Cherries academy manager Joe Roach, who will operate as assistant to Tubbs.
Roach left Cherries this summer after a long association with the club in a variety of roles, concluding over two decades of service.
Leon Scott and Mark Phillips both have followed Tubbs across from Bashley to take up new roles at BlackGold Stadium.
First-team coach Scott had served as head coach at Bashley under Tubbs’ predecessor Paul Morris, but follows the former Crawley man to Poole.
Phillips was goalkeeping coach at Bashley, and will perform the same duties with the Dolphins.
Ex-Cherries academy coach James Ellis has also joined Tubbs' new look coaching staff.
Poole’s most recent assistant manager Micky Hubbard resigned days prior to Killick’s dismissal, whilst player-coach Wes Fogden has stepped back from his off-field duties to focus on his playing career.
Jody Rivers, another former Cherries academy coach, has also left the club in the wake of Killick’s departure.
Goalkeeping coach Gary Mowlam is another to have departed the club, as well as performance analyst Danny Webb.
Only physio Tom Curtis-Bennett remains from Killick's backroom staff.
Talks will be held with Richard Gillespie in regards to retaining his role as first-team coach.
