KIEFFER Moore will not be available to face Chelsea this weekend, due to FA concussion protocols.

The Wales international was substituted during last week’s win over Leeds United, with boss Gary O’Neil explaining how the “ball hit him on the back of the head” and “he said he was feeling a bit funny”.

Asked if the striker would be available to face Frank Lampard’s Blues, O’Neil confirmed: “He’s not available tomorrow.

“He’s managed to do some training within the guidelines that we’re given, but because the last game was Sunday, it means that he wouldn’t be available until this Sunday.

“So he’ll miss Saturday’s game.”

Elsewhere, Sassuolo loanee Hamed Traore has missed the last five matches due to a foot injury suffered in training.

Asked if the 23-year-old will play again this season, after O’Neil said he was unsure whether fellow injured midfielder Marcus Tavernier would return before the end of May, Cherries’ boss said: “Slightly different, because Tavs is a muscle injury that he’s had a few times, whereas Junior (Traore) was a contact where he’s hurt his foot. It would be different.

“There wouldn’t be as much risk attached to putting Junior back on the pitch.

“Hopefully, I expect us to see Junior back on the pitch this season.”
