ANTOINE Semenyo came off the bench to become the match-winning hero for Ghana in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola.
The game was locked at 0-0 in Kumasi when the Cherries striker was introduced with 21 minutes to play.
That is how it stayed until deep into stoppage time when a free-kick into the box fell at the feet of Semenyo, who smashed home to spark jubilant scenes.
Semenyo now has seven caps for Ghana and this goal marked the 23-year-old’s first at competitive international level.

The 1-0 win meant an ideal start for former Brighton boss Chris Hughton, who was taking charge of his first game of the Black Stars.
Semenyo is yet to find the net for Cherries in his six appearances, following his reported £9million switch from Bristol City in January.
Elsewhere, Philip Billing came off the bench to help Denmark to a 3-1 win over Finland to start their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign.
Rasmus Hojlund scored a hat-trick for the Danes.
