Jes Horgan's hat-trick for Roko Reserves proved decisive when the M A Hart Lawrence A Brivati Cup holders swept Oakdale Conservative aside 6-3 in Division Six of the Hayward Sunday League.

Andy Reid, Paul Vincent and Craig Snehota were the other Roko marksmen with Clay Pawlowski (2) and Peter Holbert replying for Oakdale.

Roko Reserves will be defending the Lawrence A Brivati Cup in this season's final on Thursday night at Hurn Bridge (kick off 7.30pm) when they meet Ensbury Park, who beat bottom-placed Branksome Conservative 5-1 through Nick Doe (2), Luke McArdle, Bradley Bastable and an own goal.

Adam Light was the five-goal star when White Heather Hornets stormed into second place after trouncing rivals Hardy's Electrical 9-0 with Lewis Burgis, Jim Legg, and Rob Fox also on target.

Ryan Moir and Daniel Pusey netted for Churchill Arms but they had to settle for a point when Dean Drodge and Damien Kefford earned PSC Lymington Argyle an unexpected 2-2 draw.

  • Branksome Railway Hotel brought in pumps and generators to clear the water from both goal-mouths so their game with Wallisdown Liberal could take place. They were rewarded for their endeavours when they toppled the Hayward Sunday Premier League leaders 4-1.

Railway were two goals ahead through Kane Andrews and Dan Manuel before Wallisdown reduced the deficit with a 70th-minute goal from Adam Doe.

Any hopes the leaders had of salvaging something from the game were dashed though when Railway polished them off with further goals from David Legg and Luke Crutcher.

Reigning champions Electric are now just six points behind Wallisdown with two games in hand after their 6-0 triumph over New Star with goals from Harry Ramburn (2), Ross Mills, Micky Toy, David Midgley and Joe Kittle.

West Moors Social Club netted through Liam McGlynn and a Martin Kelly hat-trick but East Christchurch SSC just got the better of them 5-4 thanks to Alan Etherton (2), Peter Old, Rob Fox and Chris Forbes.

Bottom-placed Redhill were on the receiving end again when Roko gave them a 6-1 drubbing through Mike Carroll (2), Peter Croydon and a Tony Bellott hat-trick while Foresters Arms climb out of the drop zone after Adam Gates (2) and Simon Plummer secured a vital 3-0 success against Branksome CC.

In the other Premier League game, Dan Fairhurst put Berrans Park Avenue in front but Hordle Spurs came back with goals from Dan Turner and Jon Bloomfield to win 2-1.

  • AFC Winton clinched the Division One title with two games still to play when Dave Sclanders (2), Max Frampton, Darren Facer and Garry Horlock accounted for Bournemouth Electric Reserves 5-0.

Brazilians United netted through Rogerio Morro (2), Ailton Mal Filho, and Samir Bessalem (pen) but Bournemouth Athletic had the edge 5-4 thanks to Josh King, Chris Francis, and a Mark Charles hat-trick.

  • Littledown hold top spot in Division Three on goal difference from Christchurch Royals after the leading pair battled out a 3-3 draw. Craig Taylor (2) and Ben Irvin were the Littledown marksmen with Luke Arkless (2) and Michael Beattie replying for Royals.

Stuart Johnson (2), Neil Francis and Duncan Chamberlain struck for Lectus but Joscelyne Builders had the upper hand 6-4 thanks to Mark Rourke's four-goal blast and a couple of goals from Andy Bolland.

Darren Spreadbury settled the issue 1-0 for AFC Bransgore Reserves against Priory Quays while Marc Scammell (2), Graham Duff, Matt Wells, Leigh Whittall, and Mark Thomas gave Premier Sports a 6-2 triumph over Eurasat Lions.
