SCOTT Parker is not expecting any further signings to arrive ahead of the Premier League opener against Aston Villa on Saturday.
Cherries made their third signing of the summer this week, with Marcus Tavernier arriving on a reported £10million deal from Middlesbrough.
Since, the club have been linked with numerous further additions, including Barcelona goalkeeper Neto and Feyenoord defender Marcos Senesi.
Asked if there was any progress made on a deal for Neto or a new centre-back to arrive before the Villa clash, Parker said: "I think that might be unlikely. We’re definitely down the line with certain things and certain ones.
"That gives me and all of us at the club encouragement.
"We’re trying on that and definitely we’re in the right remits for that.
"But maybe the weekend comes a bit quick for that."
