CHERRIES loanee Jack Seddon was sent off late on, as Poole Town slipped to a 1-0 defeat at Tiverton Town.
The young defender was given his marching orders in the dying moments after coming on as a substitute during the Southern League Premier South clash.
The pivotal moment in the contest came on 28 minutes when Dan Hayfield struck the winner from the penalty spot for Tivvy.
Poole are now nine points behind fifth-placed Chesham United in the play-off spots, with 52 points from 35 league fixtures.
