SCOTT Parker has admitted arrival Robbie Brady “can’t stay fit for any amount of time” after his frustrating start to life at Cherries.

The 30-year-old Irishman signed for Cherries as a free-agent in October, having departed Premier League outfit Burnley in the summer.

However, the international with 57 caps and 160 Premier League appearances has only featured on three occasions for Parker since arriving – all of those coming in December.

The versatile left-sided player is still named in Cherries’ 25-man squad for league competition.

"He's just picked up a little bit of a calf injury at the moment. So it is disappointing for Robbie,” Parker said.

“At this present moment in time, he can't seem to stay fit. He's had numerous problems and little issues, little slight issues what he's picked up.

“Which is obviously very disappointing because he just can't get any consistency, he can't stay fit for any amount of time.

"So we're constantly looking at it and seeing what we can change or we can do to try and get him right. So at this moment, he's going to be a few weeks off."
