SCOTT Parker admits his side still have "loads to improve", but hailed their continued unbeaten start to the campaign.

After nine matches, Cherries sit top of the Championship table with six wins and three draws so far, following this afternoon's 2-1 victory over Luton Town.

Asked about his side's unbeaten record so far, Parker told the Daily Echo: "That’s what pleases me because there’s loads to improve.

"This is a young team in development. I’m someone that really believes in processes.

"We have processes in place and this is exactly what this is about, stick to process, keep learning.

"We’ll come in tomorrow, come in Monday, we’ll go over that. For all the good stuff we have, that’s irrelevant.

"What’s more important is where do we need to improve in these moments and how to do we get better.

"So, undefeated, and that’s no mean feat in this division. That’s very, very tough to do.

"And at the moment we’re winning games and that’s a good sign."

Cherries put their unbeaten record on the line when they head to Peterborough United on Wednesday.
