TWENTY-FOUR hours ago, Cherries confirmed the appointment of Scott Parker as head coach on a three-year contract ahead of the start of the 2021-22 Championship season.
The former England midfielder parted company with Fulham last night and, after weeks of speculation over his future, he has arrived at Vitality Stadium ahead of the new campaign.
Described as always having been the club’s number one choice by chief executive Neill Blake, Parker brings with him an illustrious CV.
He has been working with his squad in pre-season today as they started preparations for the upcoming fixture schedule.
But what did club’s fans make of his appointment? You gave us your views…
Big move of intent from Max & the board. Now with a shuffle in the backroom, Let's see his draw for players in the transfer window.

New era begins. Now it's time to see what the boards ambitions are this year. Think we could lose Danjuma and get some shrewd freebies/Loanies. Investment is vital.

Can hardly wait to see how it all shakes out. Feeling optimistic. Will his appointment perhaps sway some player that might be thinking about jumping ship? Hope so.

About flipping time. Now time to see which players have the stomach for a fight to get promoted next season and which can go warm a bench in the premier league.
