CHERRIES have completed the signing of midfielder Ben Pearson from Preston North End.
Pearson arrives for an undisclosed fee, which is understood to be minimal given his contract was winding down at the Lancashire club.
He has signed a three-and-a-half year deal at Cherries.
The 26-year-old has been with Preston since 2016 and has made 165 appearances for the club.
However, with his deal at Deepdale set to expire in the summer, the former Manchester United youngster was left out of the Lilywhites side in recent weeks, not featuring since December 5.

He played the full 90 minutes of Preston's 3-2 win at Vitality Stadium earlier this season, where he also collected his 58th yellow card since joining the club.
Before joining Preston, Pearson spent a year on loan at Barnsley in League One. He also represented England at various youth levels, up to under-20s.
Pearson, who was also linked with Celtic this month, becomes the club's second signing of the transfer window, after the arrival of free agent Jack Wilshere last week.
He will wear the number 22 shirt at Cherries.
