CHERRIES hope to have a clearer picture regarding Jack Stacey's knee injury later today.

The defender suffered the problem against Reading last weekend and whilst he played the full 90 minutes, he was then forced to miss Tuesday night's victory against Nottingham Forest.

Asked for an update on the 24-year-old, Tindall said: "He’s being assessed today. We’re going to get an opinion on Jack today.

"So far the early signs have been quite positive for us and hopefully we’ll have some good news today where Jack knows what’s going on and we’ve got more of an idea of a timeframe."

Cherries hope to have the same group of players available as they did in midweek, seeking a fourth straight league victory when they head to Rotherham United tomorrow (3pm).

"We have no real fresh injury concerns," confirmed Tindall.

"There’s a few knocks that were picked up against Forest that were assessed yesterday and be assessed again today. Fingers crossed we’re hoping to have everyone fit going into Rotherham."

Cherries are still without Cameron Carter-Vickers (ankle) and Joshua King, who is isolating having tested positive for COVID-19.
