CHERRIES striker Sam Surridge played 72 minutes for England under-21s in a 3-3 draw against Andorra.
Surridge was a late call-up to Aidy Boothroyd’s squad but was named in the Young Lions’ starting XI for the European qualifier.
England went 1-0 down in the 28th minute when Ricard Fernandez’s firm strike flew past former Cherries keeper Aaron Ramsdale.
Skipper Tom Davies equalised with a fine finish just before the interval, teed up by Josh Dasilva, who then put the visitors ahead in the 69th minute.
Fernandez netted again seven minutes later to restore parity, before substitute Eddie Nketiah made it 3-2 to England with eight minutes of normal time to go.
That looked set to be the winner, only for Christian Garcia to secure a point for the hosts in stoppage time.
The result meant England dropped points in Group Three for the first time in the competition.
Surridge could be involved for his country once again, when the Young Lions host Turkey at Molineux on Tuesday.
