MARK Molesley has taken two members of staff from Cherries with him to Southend United.

Molesley left his role as Cherries under-21s assistant boss last week to take the job of manager at the League Two Shrimpers.

The 39-year-old also acted as boss of Weymouth last season and he took his assistant Tom Prodomo with him to Essex.

And Molesley has now added two more backroom members to his staff, who both worked with Cherries' academy last season.

Joe Prodomo, brother of Tom, has been appointed as a goalkeeper coach while Sam Hall, formerly an analyst for Cherries under-21s, has also made the move to join Molesley.

Molesley won his first game in charge of Southend last night, easing past Great Wakering Rovers 4-0 in a friendly at Burroughs Park.
