RINGWOOD Town boss Jy Taylor admits his side will be staring relegation in the face with another "drubbing" tonight.

And with big-scoring Wessex Premier Division leaders Poole Town the guests at Long Lane (7.45pm), nobody would argue with Taylor's sentiments.

The Town boss said: "If we get rolled over again and don't want to know, you can pretty much pin it that we will go down."

Taylor's beleaguered troops were thumped 9-1 at Alton Town on Saturday, leaving them five points adrift of the Wessex Premier safety mark.

But despite labelling that performance as "embarrassing", Taylor feels tonight could be "the best time" to face up to Tom Killick's league leaders.

"They'll be organised the right way but will look at Saturday's result and think it will be a walk in the park," added Taylor.

"On the flip side, if we get another drubbing, heads will be very, very low."

New signing James Goldsmith comes into the squad for tonight's encounter, while Dan Cann (suspension), Ben Osborne and Shaun Bowden (both cup tied) all return for Poole after missing Saturday's victory at Hamworthy. Taffy Richardson (groin) is doubtful.
