JORDON Ibe is not available to face Brighton & Hove Albion tomorrow due to a hamstring injury.

The winger, who has fallen out of favour at Cherries, has not featured for the first team since September.

Ibe, 24, has only been named in a matchday squad twice since, most recently as an unused substitute during the 3-0 loss to Liverpool on December 7.

He has suffered from illness and injury this season as well as falling down the pecking order, featuring for Cherries under-21s earlier this month.

But Howe confirmed the former Liverpool man is currently part of the club's lengthy injury list.

Asked if he expected Ibe to feature for the first team between now and the end of the season, Howe said: "Jordon's picked up a hamstring injury, so he's injured at the moment."

Ibe joined Cherries from Liverpool for around £13million in 2016 on a four-year contract, which is due to expire this summer.

He is one of nine senior players ruled out of tomorrow's huge home clash against Brighton (7.30pm) with Charlie Daniels (knee), Jack Stacey (hamstring), Chris Mepham (knee), Arnaut Danjuma (foot), Junior Stanislas (calf), David Brooks (ankle) and Joshua King (hamstring) also injured, while Steve Cook is suspended. Lloyd Kelly could feature as he continues his comeback from a thigh problem.
