TYLER Cordner has been recalled by Cherries from his loan spell at Ebbsfleet United.
The defender had been a regular at the National League strugglers, featuring 23 times in all competitions, including the full 90 minutes of Saturday's 7-0 thumping at Barrow.
But Fleet have announced that the 21-year-old is returning to Cherries.
A statement on the Ebbsfleet website said: "The club did ask for an extension of Tyler’s deal but the Cherries have requested his return for a week to assess his progress.
"We will make enquiries about bringing Tyler back to the Kuflink Stadium later this month but this is dependent on Bournemouth’s plans for him, so there is no guarantee of a return.
"However that develops, we would like to thank Tyler for all his great efforts in a Fleet shirt over the past months and wish him the very best wherever his career takes him next."
