CHERRIES goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has today signed a new long-term contract at Vitality Stadium.
The young stopper is currently first choice for Aidy Boothroyd’s England under-21 squad, having been ever-present in the Premier League this season.
In an interview with afcbTV today, the former Sheffield United star said: “We’ve got to try and qualify for the Euros (with the under-21s) and then hopefully I can catch Gareth Southgate’s eye and maybe sneak into his squad.
“But I’ve got a long way to go yet. I want to be the best.”
