CHERRIES stars Ryan Fraser and David Brooks are on Newcastle United boss Rafa Benitez's "radar", according to a report in the Daily Star.

The tabloid claims both Isaac Hayden and Jonjo Shelvey are "likely to leave" St James's Park this summer.

It is also reports Benitez is "tracking" Burnley talent Dwight McNeil.

The Daily Star article says: "He (Benitez) wants to strengthen his midfield with Bournemouth pair Ryan Fraser and David Brooks on his radar."

Fraser and Brooks have starred for Eddie Howe's side this season. Both scored in last weekend's 5-0 win at Brighton and could feature on Saturday against Fulham at Vitality Stadium (3pm).

Meanwhile, a report in The Sun claims former Cherries star Matt Ritchie has been told he can leave current club Newcastle this summer.

The 29-year-old's current deal expires in 2021 but has been told he will not get a new deal, according to the national title.

The report also claims Ritchie has "attracted interest" from Cherries.
