CHERRIES will “lead the race” to snap up Chelsea youngster Mason Mount on loan next season, according to the Sun.
The tabloid claims boss Eddie Howe “is set to target the midfielder” who is currently enjoying a fruitful loan spell at Championship Derby.
Mount has impressed for the Rams under boss Frank Lampard this season, scoring six times in 32 appearances in all competitions.
He was named in the senior England squad for the first time by boss Gareth Southgate in October 2018.
