DOMINIC Solanke revealed how Joshua King had helped him bed into the Cherries attack.
January signing Solanke made his home debut in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Wolves and came within a whisker of his first goal for his new club.
The 21-year-old was denied by keeper Rui Patricio after being found in space by Dan Gosling.
King, who is Cherries' top scorer in the Premier League, also featured at Vitality Stadium, scoring an early penalty before missing from the spot in the closing stages.
Solanke said: “It’s always difficult coming into a new team straight away and learning how the players around you play.
"Josh has been really helpful for me. He’s helped me with the way we play and the link-up play up front. It’s been good to play alongside him."
Solanke has been deployed as a main striker since joining Cherries from Liverpool but he admitted boss Howe saw flexibility in his armoury.
The frontman said: “He’s open to a few positions. But I have got to learn the way the team plays and we’ll see."
Part of the England side which won the Under-20 World Cup in 2017, Solanke has one Premier League goal to his name, which he scored for Liverpool on the final day of last season.
