DAVID Brooks was a landslide winner of Cherries’ player-of-the-month award for December.
The Wales international scooped 79 per cent of the fans’ vote ahead of runner-up Jefferson Lerma.
Warrington-born Brooks scored twice against Brighton in the Premier League during the month, as well as providing the assist for Nathan Ake’s consolation goal against Manchester United.
It was his second player-of-the-month accolade having joined Cherries from Sheffield United for £10million in the summer – Brooks’s first monthly award came in October.
Winger Ryan Fraser has also picked up two monthly awards this season after blistering performances throughout August and September.
Colombian midfielder Lerma collected November’s prize.
