LIVERPOOL boss Jurgen Klopp says his team needs to perform "on the highest level" to beat Cherries – and hailed Eddie Howe's work at Vitality Stadium.
Victory in tomorrow's lunchtime duel would see the Reds overtake Premier League leaders Manchester City, who face an evening clash with fourth-place Chelsea.
City have won 13 of their 15 league matches and have already scored 15 more goals than Liverpool, who are also unbeaten.
"I don't think (Manchester City) feel pressure. They don't look like they do," said Klopp.
"That's not the first target anyway. The first target is to try to perform on the highest level, because it's needed at Bournemouth.
"Eddie (Howe) is doing a fantastic job there and it will be difficult enough."
Klopp is without sidelined defenders Joe Gomez, Dejan Lovren and Nathaniel Clyne for the trip to Dorset.
Forward Sadio Mane is doubtful due to a cut foot while Dominic Solanke – who Cherries have been linked with in the past week – is not expected to return to training until after the game.
