UNBEATEN Wimborne travel to third-place Frome tomorrow (3pm) without three key stars.

Flanker Andy Davey (unavailable), back row Dave O'Bryan, (unavailable) and fullback Karim Lynch (knee) all miss the trip to Somerset.

Big-scoring Frome will be a real test for Dave Huggins' charges, with the Somerset outfit plundering 98 points in three games compared to the All Blacks' 56.

Huggins said: "This is going to be our hardest game this season so far. Frome have been putting the points on the board so we'll need to be at the top of our game.

"We've got a few people out so it won't be easy, but we'll do a late fitness test on Karim Lynch and hopefully he'll be OK."

Huggins was also quick to pass on his best wishes to injured Bournemouth Lions hooker Richard Brokenshire, who sustained a dislocated and fractured ankle against Cleve on Saturday.

Huggins, who captained Brokenshire at Wimborne last season, said: "Brokey is a top player and a really good lad. Myself and the club would like to wish him all the best with his recovery and I'm sure he'll be back better than ever."

Chris Hicks comes into the number eight berth in place of O'Bryan, while youngster Adam Lennon starts on the openside with Marcus Atkins switching to the number six jersey. Brady Gee fills Lynch's boots at fullback.

Wimborne: (from) Tinsdale, Murphy, R Lynch, Davies, Jordan, Atkins, Lennon, Hicks, Llewellyn, Roberts, Chapman, Stephens, Huggins, Hymers, Gee, Beevers, Moore, Baker.

  • Oakmeadians, meanwhile, travel to Ivel Barbarians (3pm) looking to avenge last weekend's disappointing defeat at North Dorset.
