RINGWOOD Town were knocked out of the FA Vase after what assistant boss Mark Reeves described as a "pretty dull affair".
Dave Sajic fired the hosts into an early lead, only for Calne to level before half time and then going on to complete the victory after the break.
Calne's equaliser came in controversial circumstances when they were awarded a disputed penalty.
Ringwood keeper Dean Lewis saved the spot-kick but the linesman flagged for a re-take having adjudged the keeper to have advanced off his goal-line.
The visitors converted at the second attempt and this set them on their way into the next round, where they will face Hellenic League side Witney United.
"It was really dull and a game that passes you by - you get those occasionally," said Reeves.
Reeves praised the team's defence for their efforts.
"On the positive side, the defence looked a lot tougher. We changed it around and it looked quite good, especially Dan Brunnen," he said.
Ringwood: Lewis, Brunnen, Burrett, Wright, Finlay, Gogan (Yeates), Sajic (Jones), Belliott, Greaves, Carroll, Chalcott (Kerly).
