RINGWOOD Town assistant manager Mark Reeves described his side's second half display as "probably the worst I've seen for a year".
Goals from Luke Gogan and Mika Dronyk sent Ringwood into the break 2-1 up against Hayling United in the Premier Division.
But a poor showing after the break saw victory slip from their grasp.
"We were woeful in the second half," Reeves told the Daily Echo.
"They turned it round and totally dominated.
"It was probably the worst second half I've seen for a year.
"There was a few words that needed to be said after and hopefully they'll be up for it in the next game.
"The spirit's there so I think we'll be all right."
Ringwood have claimed victory in just one of their seven league matches so far.
And Reeves thinks a few new additions are what the team need to kick on.
He said: "We just need another defender, midfielder and goalscorer and I think we'll do well then."
Ringwood: Lewis, Burrett, Wright, Leadbetter, Hicks, Gogan (Godwin), Greaves, Belliott, Sajic, Dronyk, Carroll (Hardy).
