DANISH racer Nicolai Klindt revved up his Pirates team-mates and insisted a top-four spot was up for grabs.
Klindt is tomorrow set to make his seasonal debut in the skull and crossbones when King's Lynn provide the opposition at Wimborne Road (7.30pm).
And the 2009 Elite League winner is confident Poole can haul themselves off the bottom of the SGB Premiership and into play-off contention.
He told the Daily Echo: "Anything can happen. We are in June so we still have three months until the play-offs and plenty of chances to get the points to get there.
"Nothing is over until the fat lady sings and I believe we have a good chance.
"Everyone can improve and with me coming in, it could be a really strong team and I'm looking forward to being a part of it."
