TEAM boss Peter Adams insists Wolves will not be content to sit on their 10-point lead when they renew battle with Pirates in the second leg of the SGB Premiership Shield tonight (7.30pm).
Wolves, who are sweating on the fitness of Adam Skornicki (shoulder), registered a 50-40 win at Monmore Green on Monday.
Adams said: “Make no mistake, we’re not going to Poole to defend the lead, we’re going there to win on the night. That is always my first objective. I never go anywhere to lose.”
Should Skornicki fail a late fitness test, Wolves would use the rider replacement facility.
