BOURNEMOUTH survived a mini batting collapse to secure a four-wicket triumph over basement outfit Calmore Sports at Chapel Gate.
Calmore made a slow start with openers Mark Lavelle and Ben Johns dismissed by Mike Kitson with only 17 runs on the board.
Kitson quickly claimed a third victim as he bowled James Rose.
Ben Perry (16) and Michael Cook restored some momentum to the visitors' effort and then Mike West (11) continued with Cook (22).
But sitting on 81 for five, Calmore saw the remaining five wickets tumble for the gain of just 17 runs.
Kitson took three for 42, Josh Finnie claimed four for 25 and Andy Woodward took three for 14.
In reply, Bournemouth made it to 27 for one before Kitson, Finnie and Hayward were all sent back across the rope, leaving the hosts on 27 for four.
However, a 39-run partnership between Ben Bridgen (27) and Ryan Wiltshire (24*) paved the way to victory for Martin Miller's men in the 27th over.
Luke Johnson took three for 30 for Calmore.
