CAPTAIN Chris Park says Dorset must play to their potential to get a positive result against 2014 Western Division table-toppers Wiltshire.
Dorset will hope to kick-start their campaign in tomorrow’s MCCA Championship opener (11am).
The Dean Park side failed to win any of their four Unicorns Trophy fixtures and suffered a T20 defeat to Cornwall last weekend.
However, skipper Park said: “We’re looking forward to the second half of the season. We had a disappointing Trophy campaign and it was the same in the T20.
“Wiltshire won the competition last year so they will be very strong opposition. We know them quite well.
“But I’d like to focus on our team and our game. If we play to our ability then we should get a positive result.
“Dean Park in sunny conditions is fantastic and, hopefully, home advantage can help us out a little bit.”
