AMANDA Snow, an appropriate seasonal name, sent in this picture of children enjoying their Christmas party at Southbourne Conservative Club in 1949.
Her mother Heather Snow (nee Vivian) is the little girl in the front row, fourth from the left, wearing a tartan skirt.
The war had finished four years earlier, but ration cards were still common place so Christmas treats would have been limited.
Contact Echoes if you can identify any of the other children in the picture or the man dressed as Father Christmas near the Christmas tree in the background.
