BOURNEMOUTH

THOMAS JAMES GOULDING, aged 28, of Western Avenue, Bournemouth, admitted assaulting an emergency worker, namely an NHS nurse, acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, on February 25, 2021, at Poole. Also admitted intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another person harassment, alarm or distress.

Also admitted commission of a further offence during operation period of a suspended sentence made at Bournemouth Crown Court on February 20, 2020, for offences of theft, dangerous driving and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker. Community order made with requirement to participate accredited programme for 29 days. Ordered to pay £200 compensation, a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JAMIE JOHN WOOD, aged 32, of Maple Road, Bournemouth, admitted between May 31, 2020, and June 14, 2020, at Newlands Road, Christchurch, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £315 costs.

ROBERT RUSSO, aged 51, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening and abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby, on June 3, 2021 at Bournemouth. Also admitted commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional behaviour order for a period of 12 months imposed on May 21 at Dorset Magistrates' Court for an offence of theft from a shop. Discharged conditionally for three months and ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

CHRISTOPHER STANLEY WRIGHT, aged 57, of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, was found guilty of an assault that took place at South Kinson Drive on August 26, 2020. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £350 compensation.

RACHEL JANE MORGAN, aged 48, of Cadnam Way, Bournemouth, admitted that on May 25, 2020, at Holdenhurst Avenue, Bournemouth, drove a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 63 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

POOLE

GEORGE DANIELS, aged 55, of Lake Avenue, Poole, admitted driving as car on Dorset Way, Poole, on July 6, 2020, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 68mph. Licence endorsed with four points. Fined £692 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £46 and £150 costs.

EDWARD FAHY, aged 55, of Langdon Road, Poole, admitted that on November 24, 2020, at Walpole Road, Bournemouth, damaged a window belonging to Trova Support Ltd. Also admitted that on November 29, 2020, at Walpole Road, Bournemouth, threatened an individual that he was going to smash a window and put his head through a window belonging to Trove Support Ltd. Ordered to pay £108 compensation, fined £40 and ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge.

VLADIMIR SOLODOVNIK, aged 43, of Middle Road, Poole, found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of breath at Weymouth Police Station on December 30, 2020, when suspected of driving a vehicle. Also found guilty of failing to stop at the scene of an accident at Melbury Abbas on December 30, 2020. Admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath at Bournemouth Police Station on February 10, 2021. Community order made including unpaid work requirement of 200 hours. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Disqualified from driving for 30 months.
