A SEARCH was launched last night for a missing mariner at Boscombe.
Southbourne Coastguard officers were deployed to look for the man who was reported missing around 6.40pm.
The search was called off at 10.50pm.
A spokesperson for Portland Coastguard said they had received no further calls and presumed the man had found his way back to shore.
