TWO people appeared in court yesterday charged with murdering Bournemouth man Angelo Rodrigues.

Tracey Ann Mansell, 55, of Coleman Road, West Howe, and James Joseph Kinsley, 40, of Hinton Road, Bournemouth, entered not guilty pleas to murdering the 45-year-old at his flat in Coleman Road on July 27 this year.

The pair appeared alongside each other in the dock at Winchester Crown Court for the short plea and case management hearing.

Judge Guy Boney QC remanded Mansell and Kinsley in custody and told them their trial would take place at Winchester on January 7, 2013, and is expected to last around 10 days.

Mr Rodrigues, who was born and brought up in the Funchal area of Madeira, died of multiple stab wounds following an incident at his flat.
