A MAJOR Dorset road has reopened after a lorry jack-knifed near the Baker’s Arms roundabout at Upton causing traffic problems.
The Upton bypass was closed from the Baker's Arms roundabout to the Upton flyover while the emergency services dealt with the incident.
The accident involved a black Volvo artic lorry registered to a company in Aberdeen and a car.
Diversions were put in place.
The accident happened at 8.37am, three hundred metres Poole side of the Baker's Arms roundabout at Lytchett Minster.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said the incident was believed to be non-injury.
Roads leading to the St. Swithun's roundabout in Bournemouth were gridlocked this morning due to heavy traffic and single lane restrictions.
