Reception pupil Larsson Stotter, five, said: “I love the science we do and all the different groups we are in. I like our reading books and I have got loads and loads of friends here.”
Zaq Dixon, 12, from Year 7, said: “I really like it here because it is a nice community school and we always do things together. We love being close to our nature reserve and have trips over there to see the wildlife.”
Year 4 pupil Adam Barlow, eight, said: “I like all the school trips we go on and how we see our twin school in Ealing. We’ve also been to Lulworth Cove and Upton House and they’re all really interesting.”
Sam Morris, 10, a Year 5 pupil, said: “We are going to France next year, visiting a French school and going to Disneyland Paris. We also go to places which are closer to our school like Scaplen’s Court.”
Lauryn Fleet, 12, a Year 7 pupil, said: “We get to do activities with the the different year groups, which means you have friends all over school. We have been doing science with reception children which is good fun.”
Foundation teacher Caroline Light said: “The school has a lovely vibe about it. The older children look after the younger ones, which gives the school a lovely feel about it.”
Year 4 teacher Lizzie Sharpe said: “All the teachers, staff and children make you feel very welcome here. Wherever you go in the school there is laughter and it is very creative – I love coming in to work in the mornings.”
